Ingredients
- Bluff Burgers
- Soft brioche bun
- Fresh rocket
- Onions
- Gerkins
- Beetroot hummus
- FOR THE FRIES:
- Potatoes of choice
- Garlic
- Salt
- Paprika
Method
Lightly oil grill and pre-heat to a medium heat Place Bluff Burgers on the grill, and cook on medim heat for 18-22 minutes turning once. Don't abuse your Bluff Burgers by pressing down hard with a spatula, pricking with a fork or turning frequently as precious juices will be lost! Tuck into a warm crusty bun & add your favourite toppings. We used fresh rocket and red onion slices as a base and beetroot hummus and gerkins to top it off. Mix things up and use your own favourite ingredients, be sure to send us a picture of your creations! FOR THE FRIES: Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Lightly pour some oil onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 3 mins. Mix paprika and garlic powder together and season. Toss the chips in the mix, then tip onto the tray. Shake well, then cook for 40 mins, shaking halfway through, until crisp and golden.
